Rob's Weight Tracker
I created this spreadsheet a few years ago in OpenOffice when I started low-carbing. The scale hit 200 pounds and thought enough was enough and that it was time to do something about it (mind you, I'm only 5'8" tall). I set my goal weight at an agressive 160 pounds, thinking that I'd be thrilled to make it half way. Well, in nine months I surpassed my goal(!) thanks in part to my ability to geek the whole process up! I think it helped to watch the numbers and graphs change when I input my weight from week to week.
Anywho, enough babbling. Download 'em below. Just let me know if they've worked for you and/or how you think I can make it better. (Since I use OpenOffice, some of the formatting isn't quite right in Excel. If you're an Excel guru, I'd appreciate if you fixed it up and sent it back.)
